Lynda is the person you want on your side when dealing with the stress of getting your taxes done. She really took care of me. Her work is efficient and professional, and also very personable. I have had the pleasure of having Lynda as my accountant for over 10 years now. She is honest, efficient, and friendly. I wouldn't think of using anyone else to do my taxes, and neither should you! She is absolutely wonderful!

She was unprofessional condescending and arrogant I'm a new business owner I needed help along the way every quarter which was 3 times I seen her I tried to give her everything she needed to do my bookkeeping. Tax time comes around and all of a sudden I needed all kinds of bank statements which is fine but was not transparent at all saying Brian give me all your bank statements each quarter as a guide for me. Not only that I got a new accountant and just wanted my stuff and got a $400 bill instead of $200 that's ok. But she came in with an attitude like I made everything confusing I'm I the only one who thinks your accountant should make sure they have everything instead of telling me she has 8 business and she has to do personal taxes and waited until 1/29 that's right individual taxes go to HR Block or another place where a CPA can give you what you pay for all over Ocean City And not wait until the last minute. I spoke to 2 accountants in Ocean City Maryland and said no problem but she did ask for a review when she was putting up a website so I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. When she was leaving she said thank you I said your not welcome I had to have someone else do her job and she called me an a****** . So to finish my review I wouldn't let her bookkeeping if it was free. I paid $1200 for someone to be condescending and try to belittle me I was a professional and said I wish you would have told me she said she tell you I finished off the first week of January getting her everything I thought she needed and didn't get a phone call until then . 800 text msgs 800 emails I got so confused I have a degree in marketing not an expert but professionalism should be number one with customer service. I'd be out of business if I treated people like this. I'm a nice guy but when you treat me like this I think everyone should know
