Monogram Windows in Ocean City did a great job bailing us out when we ran into problems with Mark Cieniewicz and Window Creations of Delaware. We ordered 36 windows worth of shutters from Mark but 3 of the 36 sets of shutters didn't fit correctly. That's pretty much the last we ever heard from Mark despite numerous efforts to contact him via email, phone, and messages left with who ever answers his office phone. Luckily Monogram Windows sent Paul Miller to do the measurements and installation and he did a fabulous job. Highly recommend them.

I was in Monogram Furniture this morning. The store is beautiful. The sales associates, Jodi and Deb were so much fun to work with. They made my experience easy. I never imagined I would have such a good time and laugh so much looking for furniture. They truly love their jobs and made me feel like a friend.

A beautiful furniture store which had so much in stock inventory it was hard to choose!! The sales rep was so helpful and came to my home to measure to make sure all would fit. 4 bedroom sets later— I am thrilled with my purchase from start to finish! Highly recommend!

Bad management, no communication amongst there store and warehouse. They lie to you and make up excuses. Stay away from Monogram Furniture. There are plenty of furniture stores in the area that treat there customers with respect and gratitude. ?????

Monogram Furniture has a great selection of products, and I was able to find the best sofa for my home. Great sales staff and super helpful with the sales process. The delivery went perfectly as well. It's so nice to do business with a local company!

I have bought several items from Monogram over the past month after the purchase of my new home in Ocean Pines. I couldn't be happier with the care and attention I have received from Jodi. She has continually gone above and beyond to help me furnish my new home. She is the very reason that I will continue to purchase my home furnishings from this location. I would like to thank her for helping me make my house a home.

I furnished my whole house from Monogram!! Everything is absolutely gorgeous. Adele helped me design everything and it turned out even better than I could have imagined - stunning !!!!! Delivery guys are so nice and helpful and entire staff at store was so easy to work with. Adele is the best!!

We can not possibly be any happier with our window treatment purchase and install. Paul at Monogram was fantastic to work with. Paul guided us through our window treatment selection and install. He truly cared about what we were looking for and understood our style, his attention to detail was amazing. We appreciate that during the install he was so kind and understanding of out endlessly barking Beagle...she now has a new friend. Thank you Monogram!

I made the mistake of letting Joe help me determine furniture placement, he is a slick salesperson, but not decorator. I ended up buying an L shaped couch made for the wrong wall and an extra chair. Against the advice of two other designers, I went with Joe's recommendation, big mistake. When I tried to get information on delivery he sent me a text saying his partner forbid him from having further communication with me and to have a nice life. Luckily the furniture, albeit wrong, was delivered and i have decorated around the couch. I did like the fabrics that Meg helped me select. There are plenty of furniture stores in Bethany, do yourself a favor and go to one of those.

My family recently just purchased a beach house in Ocean Pines, and we settle in the beginning of June. Deb has been extremely helpful and flexible. We are out of town and she was able to sell us pieces through pictures and e-mail. We are very thankful for her help and quick turn around. Highly recommend!
