Installed plank flooring 2yrs ago and had a problem with one of the boards. These guys jumped on the issue, came out a did the repair, Ryan in sales stayed on top of this from the moment I called until repairs completed. And Jason, who did the repair work was super.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt I needed to after working with Ryan on our new LVP flooring. This was for our summer place, so we are not there all the time. I reached out to him, after receiving an extremely high quote from another flooring place. He had the exact style we wanted and came over in a couple of hours to measure it for us. They were $750 cheaper than the other flooring store. A few weeks later they were able to install it. It could not have been any easier. They installation team was professional and finished the whole job in a few hours. We have been getting compliments since we put them in. Thanks again to Ryan, who is a really nice guy and was very easy to work with.

We used Homeworks in Ocean City to replace our LVP flooring with engineered hardwood 4 months ago, and were very pleased from start to finish. Wynemah Fuller was wonderful. She helped us with our flooring selections, explaining the different types of flooring, and walked us through the whole process from selections to measuring to ordering to installation. Leo and his team of installers did a fantastic job with the installation, and cleaned up each day before leaving our home. After having multiple contractors in our home for other projects, it was so nice to have a team that didn't leave a mess behind! Our floors are beautiful!

Not being familiar with the Ocean City area, we chose Homeworks after some research and discovered we had made a great selection for new carpeting. I had a wonderful experience with this store. Wynemah was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I had called a couple other stores and between being out of state at the time, the busy time of year and worldwide supply issues, I couldn’t find anyone to meet my timetable. Homework’s Carpet One was my third call, and Wynemah listened to my goals over the phone and found a solution the same day. She helped me find the perfect in stock carpet and made the process seamless! I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Eric was very helpful. When the carpet that came in was damaged he informed us right away & reordered it. Some how the screen got torn & he gave us an allowance to have it fixed. The only complaint that I have is that he needs to tell people when the luxury vinyl is installed that it needs to be washed multiple times to get it clean.

A big thanks to Wynemah Fuller at Homeworks for her assistance in my purchase of LVP flooring for my OC condo. Her help in suggesting samples that would match my adjacent tile floor was critical in a beautiful finished product. Also a call out to Leo and his team of installers. We had a tile kitchen floor put in about two years ago. The installation was poorly done with many uneven tiles. I called and complained and someone responded and took some photos of the poor workmanship. I never got a call back now two years later the floor is cracking and pooping and once again I called. Ryan took my information but never called me back.UPDATE..... We were contacted by Ryan who responded noticed the workmanship and the owner agreed to replace the floor. Only issue is if the tile is still available. I will let you know when job is completed and update the stars!!!!!

Lie to you about install dates then sell you low quality flooring at a higher price . Tried to reuse the old padding . Never go there again
