We had a great experience. We 3 each caught probably 10 fish plus a couple Bluecrabs and huge horse shoe crabs. Our catches were not 17” long so we had to return them, everything was explained. The Captain and 1st mate were cool, Randy and Addison. We had a great time. Definitely worth the money and would do it again.

Had a great time. The Captain and his Mate did an outstanding job! Between the 3 of us we caught about 25 fish in 2 hours! So worth the money and we all had a great time! I’d highly recommend this charter to anyone who wants to catch more than enough fish and have a great time.

We did not enjoy this activity at all. Definitely the biggest tourist trap in OC. The captain and other worker were so dry and quiet, and not friendly at all. The boat was full but only 2 people caught fish. And just a small flounder and a small sea bass. I felt like it was way too expensive also.. we paid $80 for 2 adults and a child. Would have probably been better (and cheaper) fishing off the pier by the boardwalk and renting a rod. I enjoyed the oc rocket and assateague adventure boat but this was a huge waste of time and money.

This was my 4 yo first time on a boat and first time fishing. He was completely amazed. The captain and his helper were very nice and very helpful.

Amazing experience, the captain and mate were very knowledgeable and they were also very patient with all of the participants. It was a very relaxing experience with all of the equipment/bait supplied. My family will be returning again next year!

What's the point of catching 5 fishes if you can't keep any of them? They have a 12 in rule and we don't know why. We went as a family of 4 adults and 2 toddleLrs. We each caught a few fishes but the crew tossed them all snd said they were too small. We noticed other passengers on board catching fishes even larger than ours and they still tossed them. The boat takes you to different spots on the bay but only stops for literally 1 or 2 minutes and then makes the "Everybody reel them in!" announcement. It was a waste of time and money. If you are looking to catch fish and bring them home, I would call around to different vendors and ask them specifically about their rules on taking them home. For us, it just wasn't worth it.

Thank you for a terrific time! Our entire crew enjoyed the 2 hour trip and appreciated how great you took care of us baiting the hooks, getting the fish off, etc.

Horrible experience, had four kids with us and the crew just sat there while we struggled to keep the lines from tangling. The kids were finally over it and just sat down, not a single one of the crew offered to help them fish then want tipped at the end. I think our entire boat caught maybe 4 fish and the captain was super rude.

Fishing was great had a blast catching fish but the captain was a total Douchebag. The mate did an amazing job. My son caught a flounder and asked the mate to measure it and he did but the lazy captain said no need it's way to small to keep. I knew it was too but my don wanted it measured. The mate did and it was only 12.5" then threw it back in. The captain is just a lazy Douchebag:

*TRIP ONLY FOR BEGINNERS OR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG KIDS*A nice experience with the family and great if you have kids. However, do not book if you expect to catch keepers. That is simply not this type of trip, expect a bunch of small fish. The young mate was great however the captain was extremely disengaged and unhelpful. He took his sweet time and was very unresponsive. Boat was clean and rods were set up properly which made it easy to fish however as mentioned, only extremely small ones.

Took the 3pm to 5pm trip on 8 28 2022. Crew was nice and told us what to expect. Helped bait hooks, untangled lines, replaced leaders and hooks quickly. Or let you do it all yourself if you wanted to. If the fix wasn't quick they would give you another rod and reel to use. Plenty of fresh bait available to be used. Fishing was slow but almost everyone caught something, but no keepers, but no one on our charter had a cooler or ice to keep one anyway. Short rides to fishing spots. If they weren't biting there, the captain moved on. No spots further than a 10 minute rode from the dock. Good for little kids, 2 hour trip and they have step boxes in various sizes to get the kids up at the right height to fish off the edge of the boat. Definitely worth it, just wish they were biting better but that is not the boat or the captains fault.
