“We were impressed by the fresh foods area. I have to say that it makes a difference. The prices were fair, compared to others in the area. The Meat selection was pretty diverse. Looked to be of decent quality.”

There’s a big selection and the cashier’s are friendly. I used to visit Foodland a lot when I was in the military and stationed in Norfolk Virginia I love this store.”

“I know this store is being demolished & rebuilt on the former Rose's site, so everyone knows it is old & obsolete. But selection is pretty good for the size. Staff is friendly. And though the parking lot is literally crumbling, it's easy to get in & out of. Expectations for the new Acme store will be much higher.”

“I got to OC late Saturday night, so Sunday morning I just didn't want to get back in the car. I walked around the corner from the rental house and here I am. The store is small but stocked with a lot of beer and wine, and a bit of everything else too! It's clean and well-lit, and the lovely lady behind the counter is friendly. I got milk, cream, eggs, chips and some beer for later. Perfect!”
“Was on vacation and got a nail in my tire. I stopped in and they took care of my tire right away. I wasn't even there for 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service. Will go back”

“When you're not okay and needing a late night snack to get you good for heading home this is absolutely the spot! Thank yall so much for tolerating us and preparing some wonderful food for us to eat! Chicken salad, corn nuggets and cheese sticks were all amazing but the kind service really puts them over the top!!!”
