The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!LAZY MANAGER who could care less about making a sale!Day one, myself and four others were turned away because they were getting ready to close! I knew what table I wanted to buy but I was told to come back "tomorrow" which, like a fool, I did.When I arrived, the manager was too lazy and rude to go outside to let me look at the table because he was shipping it to the West Ocean City store!DISGUSTING WORK ETHIC and total disregard for the customer!I drove 8.5 hrs to get to that storeSHAME ON ME!!Take my advise andGo to DELAWARE!!

Gail was SO helpful! She knows the store displays so well and was so quick to check on in-stock inventory for us. She made what can be a stressful expedition extremely smooth and easy. Such a pleasant personality too! Highly recommend Donaway.

The selection was fantastic. The Sales team was responsive and knowledgeable and customer service focused. The Delivery guys were exceptional. I needed to replace a cushion and the material on our sofa which we purchased from Donaway. I talked with Rob from the office and he was really helpful. Within a hour he found a replacement cover with matching material and he arranged to deliver it to our seamstress. Amazing Service, good inventory and reasonable prices. Well done!
