The pharmacy tech, Melissa, was extremely rude and condescending! I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. You will ruin your vacation, go elsewhere. Very poor customer service!

I was in CVS pharmacy yesterday and and ask for help finding an eye wash from the pharmacist and the technician and both were so unhelpful. A front end attendant tried to help but also was unsure about the ingredients on the box and she went to ask and the technician told me to go to a different Pharmacy if I wanted help finding the right one. I could have understood if they were busy but they were not. I was so disappointed by their level of service or no service.

The pharmacist Melissa made my experience here wonderful. I had issues with getting my medication transferred to this location. Melissa was there to help me through the whole process of what exactly I need to do to get my medication there. She worked with me as I called the previous pharmacy, my doctor, and my insurance company. She was very polite, understanding, and professional the whole time. At the end we were able to get my prescription filled.Thank you for everything Melissa!

Made purchases keying in my phone number as a CVS customer member. The register spit out coupons with my receipt. Tried to use the coupons the next day on new purchases. Manager informed me although my name appeared on their screen when I keyed in my number, I couldn't use the coupons because the ending numbers did not match(?) WHAT?! Then she asked me where I got the coupons. Did she think I manufactured the coupons in my little CVS replica shop? I can't believe this is a legitimate business.

This CVS used to be reliable for filling prescriptions. It no longer is. Pickups are promised for a certain day and time. But when you arrive, it is not uncommon to be told that the prescription "is in process" or otherwise unavailable. When you ask for more information, the cashier, looking at her computer screen, might say you'll have to wait until she can look into it using another computer screen...when she has time, which often isn't very soon. When you call—during hours that they are open and not at lunch—you sometimes get no option except to provide a callback number: most inconvenient for a vacation town. (Answer the phone while I'm in the water?) Voicemail sometimes provides prescription fulfillment information. Don't trust it: the algorithm doesn't correspond to the actions of the pharmacy. Employees are friendly, but either there aren't enough of them or CVS has lost the ability to do what it has done well for decades. Odd detail: when they fail to have a prescription on time, look at the bag when you finally get it. The date and time the prescription was "promised" will often falsely correspond to when they got around to doing it. Why the ploy to bolster company performance data?
