The shelves are organized and the shop is clean, but there is a lack of knowledge in the staff, when you ask for something, they either don't know where it is or they can't find it, I think for a company that advertises so much, they should train their staff inside before these advertisements.

Understaffed with long lines. Was told I cannot use self checkout for coffee filters and swimear and to get into the full line. No one was even using the self checkouts and then someone just jumped in and no one said anything.Have a clear checkout policy without discrimination. Checkout isn’t that difficult…get it together.
