I go to CVS Ocean Gateway #4371 regularly. Kathleen Wanda always is able to help me. Today she went beyond excellence. I lost my wallet. I retraced my steps in the store and the previous places I had been. When I returned I again searched the 2 aisles I had been in. Kathleen came with me this time and there on a shelf she saw my wallet. What a life savior. Hugs were exchanged twice. I was so relieved. What a helpful excellent employee. ?

I would like to thank Casey who works at CVS in West Ocean City, md as she was the nicest most informative and helpful person I have ever encountered at this CVS. I was having a problem with my gold rx and she jumped at the change to fix the problem and did, I look forward to engaging with her in the future, your lucky to have her.

Pharmacy tried to charge me $211 for a vaccine after they had already given me the shot, price wasn't disclosed to me beforehand. Turns out they didn't even try to run it through my insurance, just (falsely) told me it wasn't covered. Don't believe what they tell you!!!

They transferred my rx from n.j. to the gateway cvs next to wawa, that transaction was done by (vipa).they lost the rx and I never got it..then Solomon told me it was sent to a discount drug store and he provided me with the nimbrr..it turned out it was his stores number..in the end no rx.. and my refills were cancelled..however a very nice pharmacy employee names (toy,) did help me and gave me dome documentation on how to fix this when i get back to n.j. don't trust your vacation refills to this store..you'll be sorry.

Cannot get my prescription. I have called 8 times been on hold anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour and no one will respond. They put my prescription in the mail almost 3 weeks ago and no one can find it. The only person who is suffering for this is me and they don't care

This was easy to get to, lots of parking, and the store was clean. Our only option when checking out was to use the self check out as the two employees who were standing less than a yard away did not offer to check us out.

Would give zero stars if possible. After 5 mins talking to machine it transfers me to speak to pharmacy. Then hangs ups. Then I try to speak to front of the store. After 5 mins of busy signal and machine hanging up. I get transferring now. Then guess what. It hangs up. It's one thing to use technology but to deny your customers a chance to speak to anyone in the store is horrible customer service. No more CVS for me or my family.
