The rooms and bathroom were clean. The hotel itself was cute, a great location. It was a 10 minute drive across the bridge and to the boardwalk/beach. In the other direction, Assatique beach was about a 15/20 minute drive as well.
The breakfast was okay, we ran into some issues with the condiments being expired or breakfast items being low an hour into the Continental breakfast, and never restocked.
The pool was clean. My only complaint is that on the website it states that they have a waterslide. The pictures on their website don't show this, but Google does. Their website needs to be corrected so that this isn't shown as an amenity, since they must have removed this from the pool area. This was disappointing, I checked the website and we booked more or less due to what seemed to be a very unique pool area.
There is phone service in or around the hotel. I don't understand how this is the case, but it seems to be that way for all providers. We were told that there was Internet, but due to it not being secure (no password and open to anyone) we chose to not use it.

Staff is super friendly. Had a small incident where my dogs got loud but they communicated with me and I came quick to pick them up. If you want to travel with your fur babies honestly recommend. They are super relaxed and understanding and it's a 5 minute drive from the boardwalk. Second time here and it was a overall great experience.

Firstly. I had to amend my reservation from check-in Thursday leave Saturday to check-in Friday leave Sunday. I called and was told by staff my rate wouldn’t change if I paid half first. Then I get charged an extra $175 for the Saturday because it’s “higher on the weekend” I was told my rate wouldn’t change and they were unwilling to work with me even though THEY told me my price would stay the same. I sucked it up and paid the extra to stay because I loved the appeal of the jacuzzi tub and fireplace.
At check-in there was a woman complaining about her tub being dirty and the manager was very defensive and made it seem like it wasn’t true, said he would go with her to the room and look, we blew that off and checked in but by then the vibe was off. Then SURPRISINGLY our tub was dirty too. We went down to the desk because at that point we just wanted to leave. The manager got involved and asked us what we wanted to do. We said we would stay the first night and leave the next day and he did refund us the second nights stay. Then we got back to the room and to our surprise THE FIREPLACE DIDNT WORK!!!! maintenance said they couldn’t fix it and the room smelled like gas. Unfortunately the whole appeal was for my husband and I to have a romantic night by the fire and take a bath and that was ruined. We were able to find another hotel on the boardwalk short notice for $100 cheaper so I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Pretty decent
for the price, but the walls are too thin. I hear people's private conversations: somebody's crying child and this dog who won't stop barking. Sensory overload at 10 PM, lol. What are these walls made out of? Paper??

We booked this hotel last minute. Was surprised at the cleanliness when we arrived. I always wipe down and Lysol myself and didn't get anything off the surfaces. I do wish they would steam clean the carpet. Bathroom did have a couple of cracks in the walls above the shower. Breakfast was ok. It was the normal waffles, egg, sausage and cold items like most hotels. The kids loved the pool and wanted to be there the most. The drive to the boardwalk wasn't far and there were places to venture to in walking distance.
Overall, we would stay again.

It took me a month to make a hard decision on my hotel choice, but glad i choose this one. Very convenient to everything. Boardwalk was 15 mins away. There was restaurants in walking distance. Amusement in walking distance. Continental breakfast was ok.. No IHOP but it served it purpose. Pool was nice size and clean. The staff was polite and professional. Housekeeping was attentive no long wait for request. The rooms are clean. I would come come back.
Rooms: Room was spacious and clean. Long size sofa bed definitely made for 4 but with 2 people it was more than enough room.
Nearby activities: Go karts and mini golf was in walking distance. Jolly Amusement was about 15 min drive. Took a Uber to Secrets it was $19. Very easy to get around Restaurants in walking distance
Safety: Quiet area.

First the location was great right near lots of stores and restaurants. I had to check out a day early because of a family emergency the hotel would not return my extra day I was told I booked under a promotion, ( Thats understandable) .
I loved the pool, I didnt like that the room had a pullout sofa but I had to call and request sheets and blanket for the bed. The shower curtain in the bathroom had holes in it. Free breakfast was included but when we went down the had two waffle makers both were sorta old looking and both had waffles stuck to the insides from the previous person so we went out to breakfast,
There is a small game room maybe 6 games at least 5 of them were broken, All staff that I encountered were very pleasant and helpful. I dont think I would stay at this location again.

Pretty good place. Nothing spectacular. There was a dog park in the room. Five doors down which is kind of annoying. But, good place

Vacationers with pets be aware. This hotel only allows dogs on the first floor. When I booked our stay I chose the room with the jetted pool. I called the hotel in advance to inform them that I had a dog, and inquired if there was anything I needed to know before my stay. The man I spoke to said no just the $35 fee. I had a bad feeling but shook it off and upon our arrival the manager/owner told me as I was bringing my dog into the lobby that dogs are not allowed on the 2nd floor and that I needed to have called to let them know. I told the manager that I did infact call and he said that he'd have to move me to the first floor but it would not have the jetted pool. After going back and forth and telling them that it was the hotels responsibility to let pet owners know this, he decided to let me stay on the room I chose prior since it was only one night. I was appreciative that he allowed my dog on the 2nd floor but I still think this could've been handled more professionally. The staff in the lobby are not friendly whatsoever and could grow their customer service skills. The nice thing about this hotel is mainly the location. The rooms weren't bad either. Some mild stains but nothing too alarming.

Rooms and hotel in general were beautiful. Looks very nice for the price. Great location, right next to the outlets. Our room had too many ants to count, from the window all the way to the bathroom ants were all over. Also, the hallways reeked of marijuana. I know that is a bit out of their control, but some sort of permanent air freshener solution would be nice. Staff was polite, breakfast was good.
Nearby activities: So much to do, go to the outlets, get ice cream from Dumser’s, visit the most polite church on the Eastern Shore, Bethany United Methodist Church
Food & drinks: Good breakfast

Room was very spacious and clean. Hotel is dog friendly with a fee of $35 per dog per night. Room was newly renovated and the hotel smelled clean (IYKYK). Breakfast is included but options are very limited.
