Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. You have to wait but that's to be expected in OC and the employees were very accommodating.

Walked in got a remote I needed and left. I like that

First we thanked them for being open on a Saturday had to pick up a new remote the gentleman was very polite and very helpful and explained everything we needed to do to changeover again very friendly and helpful
