My iPhone suddenly stopped working after only 2 years. Went to local AT&T store and found a replacement at a good price. They assisted me with setting it up.

Stopped by to do some ATT account business today (11/30) around 2:15. The store was closed, no sign of anyone around. Posted hours indicated it was open. Disappointed, drove for 20 minutes to get there.

I went to the ATT Authorized Retailer in West Ocean City Maryland while visiting my daughter. One of worst ideas of my life to go to this store. I wanted to switch over from Verizon to ATT and purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro. The Opus system (Account set-up system) went down in the middle of the account set-up so the store representative called First Net for assistance.Apparently the First Net representative was going to take the store representative's commission so the store manager hung up with the First Net rep and opened a second account. In order to do so, he created a temporary phone number. Now I had two accounts, one with the temporary and my primary phone number and one with my daughters' phone numbers. The manager was able to migrate my number over to the original account but the temporary number was never canceled and it ported over as well. After spending 5 hours in the store and 1 hour on the phone with First Net while on a vacation to visit my daughter, I headed home. A week later, I received two bills. One for $43.50 from the second created account and one for $455.37 from the first created account. When I reviewed the bill details, the bill from the second account was with just my number and included line activation fee, insurance and taxes and fees. The second bill had my three lines (mine and my 2 daughters) as well as the temporary number. I also noted, the temporary number was charged for an iPhone 15 Pro on installments, activation fee, insurance, the ATT Next Up plan, and taxes and fees. In addition, the store representative charged me Next Up and insurance on my daughters' phone which we own. This was done without my permission. Finally, ATT has a promotion for two weeks of free Direct TV. I told the store representative I was not interested in the service. She refused to take my "no" as an answer and told me I could just return the equipment to my nearest ATT store once I received it at my home. When I got home from Ocean City, the Direct TV equipment was on my porch. The next day, I took it to my nearest ATT store in Gettysburg unopened. It was accepted by that representative who told me the OC representative should have never done that and considered it fraud. I have made 5 phone calls to First Net to take care of this and my account issues for a total 7 hours including wait time and 3 trips into my local ATT store. I just received an email from Direct TV stating they charged my credit card $84.79 for Direct TV service. The representative at my local ATT store told me I would have to call Direct TV who was kind enough to cancel the account and also the EARLY TERMINATION FEE. She said the ATT store representative should have gone over all of the details of the Direct TV CONTRACT when she signed me up for the service. Unbelievable! This store representative gets a commission off of every Direct TV account. Signing customers up for services they don't want is fraud and completely unethical.Right, Wells Fargo! Shame on you ATT that you allow your representatives to conduct these business practices and the ownness is on the customer to straighten them out or pay. I am now 2.5 weeks from my initial trip to that OC store and I still trying to get my ATT account straightened out. To make matters worse, my first bill is due in 4 days. It seems First Net does not know how to cancel a phone line that has a fraudulent iPhone installment plan. BEWARE, be very careful for what is happening to you when you go into an ATT store.
