I was recommended to Atlantic car care by a family member and I couldn’t be happier. Wendy and Jon gave me an estimate and after I gave the go ahead completed the work and my truck feels absolutely amazing. They communicated with me every step of the way, and the price was very fair, I highly recommend them to anybody with any auto issues

ATLANTIC CAR CARE AND BRIDGE AUTO IN CAHOOTS.This is a continuation of my review for nightmare experience with Bridge Auto OC MD. Atlantic Care Car turned out to be just as bad.… after Jiffy Lube oil change van still running rough. Brought it back to Jiffy Lube thinking maybe I should have asked for oil filter change.Jiffy Lube manager came out and assured me filter was replaced with oil change. He said that typically when too much oil is added and the car is run, it also floods the spark plugs, which renders them bad. Great, I had just had Bridge Auto replace those spark plugs about 6 months ago. My feeling was that since Bridge Auto mechanic was saying I was 2 quarts low, when it clearly wasn’t, and he would not have been able to tell. new spark plugs should be on them. The Jiffy Lube manager’s expression said basically, good luck getting Bridge Auto to agree to admit anything or make anything right. Turned out, he was right. The manager at Jiffy Lube told me I could try with Bridge Auto, but in the meantime, head over to Atlantic Car Care and talk to “John.” He told me to tell John everything and see what he thought.I thanked him and headed to ATLANTIC CAR CARE and there were two people sitting at a long counter. The man was on the phone. I asked for John and she pointed to the man on the phone. I told her I was there at the recommendation of the Manager at Jiffy Lube. She said she could help me.Once I told her everything, she began defending Bridge Auto telling saying I NO PROOF that I was told my van was 2 quarts low. She said it could be anything that was causing, which, considering the circumstances, was just not true. When John hung up from his call, she turned to him and asked, “Are you hearing all of this?” and he said no.You really should have seen there expressions during this exchange. SOUR FACES and hostile demeanor, which completely floored me because I smiled when I greeted them, explained that JL Manager recommended their help, and I was polite and very calm the entire time. They were two of the most unpleasant business owners that I have ever had to deal with.In this conversation with John he actually said to me that if I added more oil than a car is supposed to use it would overflow.I had to tell him that that statement was false if it were only a couple of quarts, the car will take more than needed. Then SHE interjected that if “a car had too much oil in it, there would no symptoms.” John AGREED with her. I told them that most of the world knows that’s not true.I realized at this point, after these patently false statements, that I was dealing with some kind of good ole boy / good ole gal situation where these two Auto Repair shops, who one would think would be rivals, are both lying, deceitful, crooked businesses who lock arms and protect each other.I left there jaded and upset. When I got home, I called the Jiffy Lube manager and told him what happened with Bridge Auto, and with John and some woman at Atlantic Car Care. It was then I was told that Atlantic Car Care owners are a husband and wife team too. He agreed with me that what the owners at Atlantic Car Care were telling me was outrageously false. He said he was sorry that it happened. I thanked him for his help, and said I was just calling him so he would think twice about recommending John to folks. He agreed. My phone soon rang and it was Christie at Bridge who told me she had spoken with the owner. ??♀️She said because their mechanic did not actually put the 2 quarts in, they could not help me. She said they could take a look and go from there, but they were going to have to CHARGE me, and no guarantees about anything if the spark plugs, that they had just replaced in December, were bad.I told her no. I was not throwing good money after bad, and because my experience them, I could not trust them. These two shady shady couples, at two different repair shops, must not be used to people who use their brains as customers.I may not know very much about cars, but I can certainly recognize liars and cheats.

Atlantic car care was highly recommended to me by my neighbor who has been going there for years. Jonny was excellent, I had a nail in my tire, I called and Wendy told me to come at 9am, when I got there they took me immediately and repaired my tire. I highly recommend them

High marks for all possible areas of grading. The last car I brought to them is a 2002 New Beetle. They are responsible for replacing everything except the engine and the headers. They've rebuilt this car and it is far better than new. The first vehicle I took there was a 1992 e30 ragtop 318i. They put it together after I purchased it for $2200. I drove it straight to New Orleans, 100MPH the entre way (i95-i20-i65-i10). They've worked on my two Buick LaCrosse's, my Dad's Crown Vic and many family member's vehicles that had a temper tantrum on a trip down from Bmore. Atlantic is a well respected local business that I am proud to have patronized for 15 years. I appreciate their attention to detail. They know more about your car then you do. Ocean City Beach Patrol says, the next life they save could be your own. At Atlantic, the next car they save, could be your own. Ocean City Surf Club Approved.Services: Brake service & repair

I took my 97 Jeep Wrangler in for repairs to my gauges that weren’t working. I was told 3 times , “We will get to it in about a week and a half.” I never got ANY of my calls returned. After 3 months they still never fixed it but rather pushed it down the line to fix other vehicles. I wouldn’t take a tricycle there to get fixed. Absolutely terrible.

Had my vehicle inspected there and they were quick atleast had rear lower control arms listed so I called twice to verify front or rear the lady told me both times it was the rear so I spend 600 get them fixed vehicle aligned , take it back and they say oh we meant the front sorry for the miscommunication and offer no help of any kind in rectifying the screw up they created by telling me the wrong parts both times. People scam even harder now looking for money from people during the pandemic .
