Very nice and professional guy,towed me and my cousin 3 hours home to Virginia on last minutes notice,talked to us the entire time and made us feel like we were on a road trip with an old friend. Definitely recommend.

Dont call anyone else!! This is your best most reasonable and friendly towing company!! Jimmy was super fast extra friendly and very fair on his pricing!! I would refer him to anyone that has and issue!! Lots of experience and very careful. Best experience I've ever had with a towing company stuck In the snow and ditch and was there faster than he said and 100% as fair as anyone I've ever met. Thank you Jimmy and I wish everyone would be as fair and charismatic as you are sir!! The world would be a better place if everyone had your attitude and personality!!

Dont waste time calling anyone else, Jimmy is a fantastic guy and will be the most help anytime day or night!! Fantastic personality and very reasonable came to my rescue super early in the morning and saved the day. Everyone else I called tried to rip me a. New one. Friendly, courteous, and quick towing service. Western MD Towing is a Garrett County towing service used by our auto Insurance company. Western MD Towing arrived in about 20 minutes to tow our disabled Pilot (alternator failed after hours). Since we were out of town, the owner recommended a local auto repair shop to perform the repair: Helbig Auto Repair. Western MD Towing stored our Pilot over night and made sure it arrived at Helbig Auto Repair Shop early the next day to help ensure repair could be done in one day. Thanks Western MD Towing

I needed a tow for my truck to the garage and saw the good reviews for this place. I emailed Jim needing the tow for Monday and he was in the area, on a Saturday evening and offered to come and pick it up. It was a very reasonable price especially for a weekend and super fast. I highly recommend this place. Great service!!!!!
