Staff should be fully trained. Sold me a garden machine without user manual or oil included. Had to drive back an hour to get it. Someone should know if a $500 tool has anything missing in the box.

Always fun to shop at TSC. Good sales. The staff is always friendly and helpful to me and my dog who enjoys shopping there as well!

You should teach your staff and managers that with out customers you have no job or trucks to unload. I was told I couldn't speak to the manager because she was busy unloading a truck. It shows the lack of respect for customer service. Unfortunately people are becoming accustomed to it.

Great place to buy farm outside equipment. I always have to compare with southern states to see who has the better price. I'd give a 5 star but some employers there have horrible customer service while others are great.
