We picked out a hot tub at a different store, but due to delivery area restrictions, they recommended the Hot Tub Store. Our entire experience was five star. We didn't even go to the store before purchasing our tub. We were able to make the purchase over the phone and via email with Sarah and she was great! The tub was ordered, arrived on time, and the delivery and install team were very professional. The set up and removal of our old tub went smoothly and they were very thorough in explaining every aspect of the new tub. We have since visited the store to purchase chemicals and the entire staff was friendly and helpful. The showroom is beautiful. And, they were nice enough to let us bring our dog inside :) I don't plan on having to buy another hot tub anytime soon, but if we did, we'd definitely be repeat customers!

Great experience. Their install team was fantastic. Very friendly and very capable. They delivered and hooked up the electric all at once. When they left, the hot tub was up and running. Just needed to heat up. Would definitely recommend.

We could not be more pleased with our experience with the Hot Tub Store. Starting with Sarah in the sales room - she was knowledgeable, did not pressure us in the slightest, patient, and extremely helpful. She is a rockstar! The install team was on time, patient, and accommodating - they took the time to do the job right the first time, patiently explained how to operate the tub, and gave us all the info we needed to get started. The follow-up call afterwards was also very much appreciated - it's great to know that a business cares about making sure its customers stay satisfied. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so great!

We needed to purchase a reliable hot tub for a vacation rental we built. I am so glad we went to the Hot tub Store in Oakland, MD! Everything from sales to delivery was awesome! The Hot tub is awesome and the detail in which the team goes into when giving a tutorial was incredible. We could not be happier with our purchase and look forward to doing business with them from here on out!

Very friendly place to deal with. Our salesman showed us various model and helped pick out one with the features we wanted. Installation was very professional and they stayed after it even though it was snowing and cold. Definitely a business I would highly recommend.

We purchased a hot tub from the Oakland MD store in the fall of 2023 and we have not regretted it one time! We have enjoyed it every day since it was installed. Sarah is very helpful and the installation team was very professional and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know!
