Shentel is the worst internet provider I have ever had to use. We experience constant interruptions and like tonight starting at midnight a complete outage. The technical support representative cited "scheduled maintenance from 12am to 6am" but we obviously were given no notice. Avoid this provider at all costs if you have any other option. I'm seriously considering Starlink at this point since it seems this garbage provider has a monopoly on my area (cannot get Comcast/Verizon etc. at my specific address).

Worst customer service ever!! After calling 3 times in 2 weeks trying to find out about a service ability test that was suppose to be done within 72 hours of my first call. I was abruptly informed that service in my area wasn't an option even though they have customers less than 3 miles away!!

Our small community internet company was bought by Shentel. We did not know that we were no longer on autopay so we were a month behind. We paid it, and Shentel shut off our internet a week later at 3:45pm. I called at 4:15 and stayed on hold for 45 minutes never getting to a actually talk to a person. The internet is vital for our in home business and rental house, both of which they shut off due to error. Can't get ahold of anyone until tomorrow, if then, and I called with plenty of time before close to solve this problem.

This service is too expensive to have intermittent service on the weekends. Was great a first but seem to be having issues lately. So how about a discount since can’t use it with cutting out signal.
