Worst customer service ever!! After calling 3 times in 2 weeks trying to find out about a service ability test that was suppose to be done within 72 hours of my first call. I was abruptly informed that service in my area wasn't an option even though they have customers less than 3 miles away!!

Customer Support is fairly knowledgeable and insightful. Broadband internet service is unrivaled my area, speeds are exactly what they are advertised as.

This service is too expensive to have intermittent service on the weekends. Was great a first but seem to be having issues lately. So how about a discount since can’t use it with cutting out signal.
