They were amazing. I needed my truck moved to Rapid Auto and they were there in no time and had it taken away. Also their rates won't break the bank. I definitely recommend this company if you're ever in need.

My Daughter was in an accident and he stayed with her until I could drive to where she was and helped us get to the rental car company and made sure everything was good before leaving us and going about the rest of his day.
Would recommend him to anyone in the area that may need towing assistance!

One of our tires punctured on the highway. We were on a vacation. So unfamiliar area. We had my 86 year old mother in the car. It was a hot sunny day so we were concerned about mom's well being. It was also Saturday, so service wasn't easy to come by. AAA was busy and didn't show up. Long wait times. I called the local AAA certified mechanic, and he referred us to Steve at Action Towing. Steve was responsive, kind, and considerate. He jumped into action. Drove out 40 odd minutes to our location, and towed us another 30 minutes to the only tire shop in the area that was open at the time. Friendly, efficient service. Reasonable charge. We were thankful and grateful. Thanks Steve ??.Service: Car towing

I hit a deer on 10/26/21 and was lucky enough to have Steve with Action towing come and pick us (my son and I) up. I was driving thru on my way home from Ohio and did not know anyone in the area. I also had a cell phone without reception. Steve got us in his truck, let me use his cell phone to call my husband, found us a hotel to spend the night in, talked me through the process and what my choices were going to be and sheltered my car since it was raining until we could get it to a shop today. He told me if I needed anything to let him know. He was AMAZING!! He really cared about us and wanted to make sure we were safe. He made a scary, overwhelming situation manageable. I can not recommend Action Towing enough. Kris J

I've taken several cars here in the past and the service and quality of work was excellent. The owner has left and it's completely gone downhill. Service was pretty awful and the quality or work on my 2018 was well below par. I was rear ended and the other party's insurance paid around $1200, which went to this place. Paint didn't match, panel gaps were not fixed, parts were not installed. some items that were on the quote to be installed never were. All they care about is money. As soon as I walked in they wanted their money. I absolutely will never go back.
