“Unfortunately, I’ve had my car there in the last year more than I wanted to with car troubles. I am a college student and generally only home on weekends, which makes it tough to get in a garage. However, Pat and JR have always been very fair and accommodating to me. I called them Thursday afternoon about 2:30 and was over an hour away at school because my car would not go into park. I brought it straight over, JR and Pat took a look at it right away, ordered a part, and I picked it up Friday evening. “On a road trip and had an issue with my car. Ace did not have the part in stock (but it is an Audi so that's always a risk), and the nearest dealer was 45 minutes away. Went to the dealership and was told they couldn't fit us in. So bought the part there and Ace had us in and out in minutes, fixing the problem! They were helpful and friendly, and so highly recommend them.”
