This Walgreens is terrible. They put you on hold for over 20 mins and don’t take calls. They are incompetent on refills. They had my medication for two weeks and still have not filled it. Meanwhile I go without medication. They need to close this location like they are doing with other underperforming stores.

How about answering the phone and acknowledging the patient instead of putting the phone back on hold for 30 more minutes. Very unprofessional.

Waited over half hour for a prescription. They gave me a day and a half worth of medication without telling me they couldn't fill it all. Not to mention the staff do not communicate with each other so I'm just left standing there. This location is poorly run.
