Bought a vape that lasted less than 24 hours before it got hot to the touch and burned my hand. After that happened it would no longer hit at all. It was rated for 9000 puffs. Took it back in to see if they could replace it and because it worked when I bought it, they wouldn’t make an exchange even though it’s clearly defective. Their business won’t last if they continue to treat their customers this way.Edit: A pod vape getting hot enough to burn someone out of nowhere is a manufacturer defect. Of course you don’t manufacture them, but almost no store reselling things manufacturers their own product. For a vape that cost $30, lasting less than 24 hours is a problem and should be covered. You lost a customer thats never had a problem prior to this over the $15 you would’ve paid wholesale to replace it.

Been a customer for the better part of 6 years but don't think I'll be returning due to problems I've had recently. Within 3-4 weeks I've gotten two disposable vapes where one never worked after opening out the box and the most recent one worked when I opened it up but within a literal day it refused to hit even though it was fully charged and the juice light was a solid green. It got extremely hot to the touch when it wasn't in use to the point I thought it was going to explode. When I informed them I was told nothing can be done since it worked when it originally was opened out the box.

Horrible rip off. Bought a $30 battery that didn't work and brought it back the next day and showed them it didn't work with my cartridge they still wouldn't replace or refund. Joke. High prices anyway there are much better places. Go to the gas station up the street and spend $12 for one that will work

One of the worst experience I had at a smoke shop show me a product that did not work try to force me to buy another product to combat the product that they sold me at first that didn't work then tell me there's nothing they can do about it will never see me in that shop again

I called their shop today looking for the aegis L200 classic, after calling and looking at 10 shops they had it. The young lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. She said it was in stock and asked if I wanted her to put it aside. I went to pick it up with no problem. Thank you again for being so helpful.

Good people and selection but their prices are way high. Cheaper places if you look, vape juice did not magically go up from $20 to $28 like they want you to believe. Plenty of places still sell the 100ml bottles for $18 etc

I stopped by here yesterday after finding out my partner of 9 years had been cheating on me. I had been driving aimlessly for two hours and came in for an elf bar. The woman behind the counter (who I assume is an owner) seemed to notice I was not in a good place and made an effort to have a conversation with me and be extra kind. It meant a lot to me

I love coming here! The staff is super friendly and they always have new things to try! I have pain at times from scoliosis, and this store always has a product to help with that!
