This was shoved into my mailbox even though the packaging says do not bend. I guess the government hires illiterate people. Good to know

My mail carrier continues to throw, sling, or toss my packages on my steps. I record it each time and I plan to take to the main post office. I never seen such laziness and disrespect for people property in my life! I wonder if they do this in Perry Hall and White Marsh areas where there are far less minorities?? **Edit** My Mail carrier continues to throw my packages. I emailed USPS and they wrote back to contact my local post office. That is the problem, the manager never answers the phone!!!
Update 6/17/22****
My mail carrier is back throwing my packages on my steps. This guy couldn’t care less about if he is breaking my merchandise. You work hard to afford things in life and a lazy government employee breaks it before you can enjoy it. If you can’t lay people packages on their steps, you should seek a different career path.

For the last 2 weeks they're not opening at 9am. I've waited until 9:30am and still no one has shown up to open the doors. My husband just tried going there at noon and STILL no one is there. We've been trying to pick up our new keys for our mailbox lock all week and no one seems to be showing up to work! They said they have a shortage of clerks... I would give 0 stars if I could.

4 LOST PACKAGES WITHIN A MONTH!!!
I have an online business and have used this post office many times on a weekly basis. Unfortunately within the past month they have LOST or STOLE 4 of my packages within the last month.
I track all my packages. And 4 have been scanned in but haven’t moved. When brought to their attention the woman at the front desk simply said in a rude manner “well they’re not here you need to file a claim online” and quickly dismissed me.
I have since contacted USPI & filed a Baltimore County police report.
Please avoid this location at all costs.

It is very frustrating that this post office office closes at 5 o’clock and I continue to get there before 5 o’clock and they are always closed. They close early all the time. I don’t know who management is, or if they have a say in this? But it is very inconvenient to try to reach there before closing, and the staff leaves early.

My partner ordered me a gift for my birthday. Since they live in California, they have no real way of checking on it apart from the abysmal delivery update system they have set up. He received nearly- 27 notifications stating "Delivered" when I still have yet to receive my package DAYS after it was "Delivered." Calling the place didn't help either. This is my second time receiving gifts from abroad and having their incompetent team lose it in delivery.
On the plus side, if you're looking to move out of Nottingham, their terrible service really makes for a good addition to the "pro" column of the "pros and cons" list :)

This is the worst post office I have ever been too. Anytime I go there to post something it take me more than an hour just to get someone to assist me. Other customers leave because of that. Also the ladies are very rude meanly the one with the white hair. I don't know if she is a supervisor but she doesn't like to be ask questions or give informations politely. This is my last time going to that post office but if there are tired of the job let them resigned and let people who want the job and are customers obsecess take over. Very rude people ?

Unfortunately the ratings are accurate. This is an easily the worst post office in the county. 6 windows. 1 employee working that has the absolutely worst attitude. I watched her tell a lady please don’t piss me off today. Like what . I got all my mail except the piece that mattered so I came and checked. I inquired on when I could expect it. She replies with the nastiest attitude “ it says expected, that don’t mean it’s coming that day. Relax give it some time” Mind you this is at 9:30am……. I wish I could have my mail sent elsewhere.

Rudest people on earth. Please avoid. This lady needs to be fired, I'm sad I don't have her name but I had to put a formal complaint to the post office and would do it again. Please avoid so that they close the brach.

Rudest people on earth, with the exception of Bob. If it weren't for him nothing would ever get done. Ms. Green is in a class by herself for in-your-face rudeness, followed by her protege, Charity. My pain meds from the VA were stuck at same location while I suffered for SEVEN DAYS. I asked when can I expect to get it, Charity said "I don't know" and hung up on me. Ms. Green's favorite trick is to answer all calls with "hold on" and never come back, until every line is on hold, and she doesn't have to talk to a single customer all day.

worst place to order passports, I am not a person of racial preferences, I always treat all people with respect. That day, since we arrived, this lady treated us differently, because we were of a different race than her, (we were Hispanic and she a color ), she took a while to serve us and did not let another lady who looked more friendly and professional serve us, she preferred making us wait and mistreated us , and she made the worst mistake when is about passports, confused my 2 and 5 year old daughters, pictures in their passport. when taking the photos, my husband suggested marking the photos so as not to confuse them, although of course due to their different ages and dates of birth they can make a difference, for someone who does his job prophecy and with care. but this lady was proud and reluctant and she didn't let my husband mark the photos. And yesterday when we received the passports we realized that this lady sent the applications switched the photographs . Personally, it seems like a mistake made on purpose, and very unprofessional. 100%, I do not recommend their services when is about passports. I would like to have more information about where to report, the service, the attitude and work of this lady who attended to us that day . very disappointing. If could give -0 star . I definitely will do it.

They keep losing my package. This is the fourth time they do this. I called them and they put my on hold for like 20 minutes and then they hung up. This is not okay! I opened an issue case they called me just to say someone will come the next day try to find the package and then they close my case without even fixing the problem!!!! This the worst they need to do better. They act so careless

Worst experience at a USPS location. Got in with other customers in the place but it took about a minute for me to be called up to the counter by the two women who where there. It was like I was interrupting their conversation. After 5 minutes of working on mailing out a single letter, I walked out convinced there's absolutely no need for this location. A self-service kiosk is more efficient. If USPS was a private company with such employees, it would have been closed many moons ago. The employees I encountered are a disgrace to the tax payer funded institution
