Impossible to make an appointment. I am new to the area and used to love getting my eyebrows done at my old Ulta location. I tried making an appointment online and was shown that only one stylist completed the services I was requesting but kept being shown an empty calendar and no matter what date/time I selected, no appointments were available between now and the end of the year. I figured that must be a mistake so I tried calling the store. I called about 5 different times throughout the day. Each time, I sat through the automated menu to be directed into the line to speak with someone at the store to make an appointment. Every time it rang for a few minutes and re-directed me back to the main menu. I guess they just don't answer the phones at this location? Well anyway. Now I have to find somewhere else to get my eyebrows done since they clearly don't want any customers booking with them!

The staff was great!
However the state of the kiosks in the more affordable makeup displays is absolutely trashed. I shouldn’t have to dig through open makeup pallets on the sales floor.

I was there to get blow dry for my graduation. I was so disappointed with the result. My hair wasn’t even fully dry when she finished up my hair. NEVER going back again.

Good location. Needs to clean all samples areas throughout the store. Need more staff, helpful staff and better security.

My Favorite Place! I swear every time I go for 1 thing, I come out with 10. The staff is amazing, friendly and very helpful. They make you want to buy more, just from the experience.

Extremely rude staff. Me and another customer even bonded over how rude one worker was to both of us today and we were the only two people in the store! Please get better staff that actually is willing to help their customers without making them feel lesser than.

Love this location, I almost always find what I need or an alternative with similar ingredients. I have to read the label of everything for allergy reasons and I either always find a staff member who is knowledgable in products that do not contain what I am allergic too, and if they aren't familiar since my allergy is to a very common ingredient they let me take my time to read the label of ingredients to find something that is safe for me to use, without judgement.I found an excellent eczema cream here for my toddler daughter, normally I wouldn't even buy some high end stuff for myself, but it works really well for her and I will continue to buy it.The security presence in the store is an added bonus so things do not get tampered with or contaminated by people mixing testers that I have heard about lately.

I had a very rude encounter with a staff member here and do not appreciate the customer service that was given. This is not a location I would recommend if you want good customer service.
