This store isn't what it used to be and definitely in decline. Many departments are a mess or out of stock. Usually there are only one or two cashiers. Self checkout is a train wreck with always a checkout or three down. Used to shop at Target every week. Now seldom go in there.

This location has become terrible. Self check-out is often not open and when it is they now limit it to 2 stations. They unfortunately do not staff employee registers to compensate the overflow. It is a very disorganized mess.

The stores card vendor is miserable and needs to pick a different job. Headphones in and couldn't be bothered answering a simple question. I guess I'd be just as miserable if I stocked cards at 40+ years old for a living.

Please clean the store & restock the items. Half of this target is empty. Specifically noticed the drink isle is lacking. Out of all poppi drinks & out of Pacifica perfume (all of them & it’s been like this for over a month) if it’s not out of stock, these items definitely weren’t on the shelves. Maybe hire more staff.

This location is a poor example of targetThere are long lines for self checkout and the cashiers are non existentClearly there is no active management in this buildingThe minimal staff present has zero support. The store is fortunate that they stay on the job as they have zero assistance with the service support.My time is more valuable as I do not plan on shopping at this location.Corporate needs to review this lack of management at this location.

This target is chaotic. YOU would think they would be fully staffed. Especially knowing the customers over fill this Target every weekend. Myself included... Mangers staff leads. . No where to be found. Despite having walkie talkies to contact other staff. THE LINES ARE STARTING FROM the beginning of the registers to the end of the store. Yet for the past 25mins. We still stand strong. So I walk to electronics. Ask the manager could i be rung up. He says no. I explained the lines wait. He wouldn't budge. I'm thinking.If you can be wrung up at Walmart I know you can @ target. IWAS WRONG!! Waiting to eventually get out . My last time here..

The "Starbucks" should learn to manage its time better. There were 2 employees, and one of them decided to restock while the line was 7 deep! Customers understand these need to be done, but not during a rush.

Whoever is running this location is obviously very lazy and doesn’t care about their job. The self check out is now 10 items or less only which would be fine if there wasn’t only ever 1 register open. 1 register with the literal slowest employee working it there’s a line of 25 ppl waiting to check out because there’s only ONE register they are allowed to go too. There were many employees just walking around not doing anything hanging out and talking to each other, I saw 3 guys in normal attire not a uniform stocking the shelves which kind of confused me because they have 3 men stocking 1 item (prime drinks) all working together like I don’t think u need that many people helping with one thing and why weren’t they in Uniform? Also this location is kinda dirty and uncared for customers leave things all over the floor and they employees don’t clean it. We walked past an office that you could see inside of with 2 desks and computers with absolutely no one in there so I think the manager on duty wasn’t even at work. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience shopping at this location I’d rather drive to the one in cockeysville because it’s much nicer and the employees there are actually working. It’s not and understaffing issue it’s a not caring and employees not doing there job issue. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
