I have stopped at this Sunoco gas station at 8644 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236 many times in the past for gas and had no problems until now. On Saturday, December 2, 2023, I stopped for gas at 9:30 a.m. and paid for gas using my credit card. When I get gas, I turn on the pump and I get back in the car to wait for it to fill up, and when it does fill up the pump will click, but this time it didn't click. So, the pump kept pumping out gas which spilled out all over the side of the car and the ground. When I stopped the pump and told the employee of the Sunoco, he didn't seem to care. And I guess it didn't help the situation that he didn't speak or understand English very well. I simply wanted to know what was wrong with that pump and that gas spilling out on the ground like that is a fire hazard! But, I was wasting my breath because he didn't understand or care about what just happened. He did something strange too, when i tried to explain to him what happened, he went in front of me and closed my gas door back. Which made no sense, I mean what made him think he could just go up and touch my car for no reason at all! He was just being a real jerk and probably not happy with his job. Well, I'm sure someone would be happy to do for him. I know one thing; I will not be going back to this Sunoco gas station ever again.

The owner, gets over on people. They give another price then whats on the packaging. They try to give you less gas for what you paid. Prices on gas always higher then other gas stations at least almost a dollar higher.

Disrespectful. Went to grab item. They put their hand on the item I want first. I said yes and they go grab something else instead. Did that 5 times. Then they charged me two different prices for the same item.

Horrible place to get gas. I only wanted to get $20 worth of gas to get to work. The rest of the money on that particular card was for my bills. The pump was broken and continued to pump gas, I ran over to the attendant she pretended she didn't understand English and couldn't hear me until too late. I ended up spending almost $50 on there already expensive gas. I will never go back to this place again.

This place is was completely out of gas and it wasn't marked where you could easily see. Only when you pulled in, you can see all the pumps were covered. (05/12 around 6pm)

4/25/21 Paid for carwash/gas and did not get the 20 cents off per gallon nor did I get the receipt with Code for carwash on it. Cashier was "deer in headlights" told me to contact manager regarding refund and carwash code? Phone # goes to a voicemail. They will be hearing from me until this gets resolved. Also contacted Sunoco corporate. Shady deals here.

Car wash is a scam. Paid for a wash and it just sprayed water on my car, no soap. Do not use the car wash.
