I literally called 3 times while standing in the facility so someone can UNLOCK the bathroom. This is ridiculous, it's always this 1 particular lady that can't never be found when needing assistance. Besides that, it's reasonably priced & clean.

Laundry worker needs to wipe the inside of the machines not just the outsideThe inside of the machine are very dirty! Had to wipe out machine before putting my clothes in. Used 4 machines!
