It was a great experience for my grandbaby. She really wanted a specific pair of sneakers and the lady with the dreads(sorry I didn't get her name but two kids in the mall??) was so kind and called other stores to help her find the shoes. Unfortunately Noone had them but I truly appreciated the effort.
