“Almost reviewed this store badly a year ago when I was looking for a post office box ? and no one would answer the phone at multiple UPS stores in the area except one downtown, kinda far away. Never reviewed it. Got a box in a nearby town.
Called again today and no one answered the phone. Left a voice mail asking about last time to get a UPS shipment out today. Surprisingly I did receive a call back ? and someone very kindly explained the last pickup for UPS was at 6pm (could be a few min early). ?
Overall this store is much more highly rated than the other UPS stores. My drop off was quick and I was given a receipt (had a prepaid label). The package is already on the way. ?
Great experience the 2nd time around and went well in person. ? Would visit again when I need to.

“Lots of trucks in line (from Grais Rd) but line moves fast. Stop in line, go in the office to check in for pick up. Then move forward with other trucks. Guys will come and pull you out of line for loading. Fast and easy.You MUST have vest to check in!!!”

“I have had 3 packages delivered on time with absolutely NO PROBLEMS in the last month. I live in Parkville. One package weighed 2 pounds 1 package weighed 89 pounds and the last package weighed 143 POUNDS!!!! NO PROBLEM. I did help with the 143 pounds package. 5 STARS ALL DAY.
