“Talk to a person, not a chatbot! Get your questions answered when you call, or leave a message and get a call back within the hour. Yes, that still happens in 2024. You can even meet with someone in person if you do not want to submit everything on-line. For me, I make fewer mistakes when I sit across from a person and they walk me through the process.
