Gas pumps never seem to be working properly at this location. Also, they need a light at the stop sign for folks to turn safely in/out, theres way too much traffic and accidents at this location- it's my last resort for gas, drinks, etc.

In a store employees shout across the room to one another David Rymer is a breath of fresh air. Courteous, polite, professional and expedient. I was so impressed with this young man I took the time to ask his name. Thank you David for just doing your job well.

We ordered a large breakfast order for my family. The staff in the food area were rude when telling me that the food was ready. I asked for a bag to carry everything and she again snapped for me to get one at the registers. Then the other lady sneezed. I should’ve stopped there. The kids tried tried to eat their breakfast sandwiches and it was all absolutely disgusting. Food not done, thrown together, hash browns rubbery and cold. I opened my sandwich to find a hair in it. We all couldn’t eat any of it. In the trash it goes!

There’s a lot I can say about this royal farms location, but I’m going to keep it short in the few words that’s a lot. On ALL shifts I have had nothing but good fresh good food, customer service is amazing and everyone is like a BIG family. I recommend if you live in the area or is passing by and want fresh food with great deals your at the right location. Keep up the amazing work, you all are well appreciated.

I visit this location often and have had the pleasure of being assisted by Aaron the very tall guy at this location. He is always kind and very helpful, having you in and out of the store quickly. This location is lucky to have him as an employee KUDOS AARON

Ordered chicken here. Order spicy chicken tenders. Went and paid for it. Then got told after hey we are out of spicy chicken tenders. Fine got regular. People I'm traveling with ordered coleslaw and mashed potatoes. Get told after the fact they are out of that too. Get alternatives. The girl working and guy with glasses had attitude the entire time at my companions and other customers. Heard another customer order spicy chicken tenders and the guy gets exasperated and annoyed at another person ordering something that's apparently out. No signs saying anything is out. Touch screen menu has nothing saying it's out. Why would you not make some form of sign saying what you are out of? Save the customers from getting irritated and from getting frustration from staff who apparently don't care to make that effort and save everyone the trouble. Tall guy was working well so good job him.

Not a fan of the coffee anymore. Customer Service was good but not memorable (slightly above average), however, I greatly appreciate Royal Farms for how convenient they are!!!

Sticky counters and register scan table. Trash everywhere. Coffee grounds bins full so customers had to empty them or no coffee. Overflowing trash bin and trash on the floor inside and all over the parking lot. They clean it up once a day. Needs to be done much more frequently. Tried to call office and they simply can not be reached.
