Stopped in today and had the best customer experience that I have ever had. Stopped in to get new sole inserts. Left with brand new boots, socks and inserts. I brought my boots with me and the same manger that sold them to me in April was there. He said no way that’s the same boots, I updated him yes same boots. No way these boots didn't have a defect from the factory. I was able to do a swap because under the one year warranty. My boot insole was under the warranty price so I swapped and only had to pay for socks. Talk about having a great day at RedWing.

I’ve called nearly ever day this week, after being told Tuesday they had the only size 9.5, 838 on hold for a customer. I was told by the guy on the phone the shoes are on hold for A WEEK!! I’ve never seen a place hold a pair of shoes that long….and when I called just to make sure the guy was maybe new and didn’t know. Crickets. Nobody answers the phones there. No matter what time of day it is.
EDIT: called TODAY to be told they only hold shoes for 1 day. Whoever is running this place is a joke. The only excuses I was given is “nobody could answer the phones because they were busy” and that they “had issues holding stuff before”. Both of which are not my issue, shouldn’t account for NO ANSWER ANYTIME OF DAY, and now a change in policy overnight? Best part is the shoe I wanted to get while it was on sale, isn’t on sale this week. Go figure…..

Bought a pair of boots a year ago. Great boots. Had to get them warranty. Service here was good and friendly. No issues with warranty. I now have a new pair of boots.

I walked, into the redwings store.On Thursday morning, In Nottingham Maryland. A lady named heather, approached me. And was very rude. She did not respect me being there at all. She was very disrespectful and had a very rude tone of voice with me. When I asked her to try on different pairs of shoes she kept on rolling her eyes at me. And did not seem, as if she was willing in any way. To help me. All I was trying to do, was try on shoes. To see what I liked best. So I could purchase the shoes. I felt very disrespected, therefore I left the store. And I am not going to come back, because this lady was very horrible towards me. And I am not even sure if I will ever shop there ever again. If I was anyone looking for a pair of shoes, don’t try to ask heather anything. She is very disrespectful. Thank you, have a nice day.

My husband and I entered the Store to look for a good pair of work boots for his Job. He found a pair and ask a Sale Clerk I believe her name was Heather if they have the same pair in a size bigger She was very anoyed and looed like she rather be on the phone the help my Husband. He had to ask her numerous Times before she even looked up from her phone we just gave up and left the Store. We will not come back. I have to say to that Sales Clerk if you don't want to work and just sit there and look at your Phone then help Costumers then this is not the Job for you. And to whoever is the Reginal Manager of this Store you need to fire this Person she is not an asset to your Store.

I arrived to purchase a new pair of boots and not seeing them requested assistance from Heather, she looked up my previous purchases and informed me that my style was no longer available. Heather then referred me to the pair I purchased.
