Absolutely love this place, their fully functional consoles/accessories and especially the employees….Couldn’t have a nicer and more accommodating staff.

Just called this place probably 3 days ago to ask about getting a drift on my PlayStation. Controller fixed I was informed that I would have to call to see if the guy's there. Before I came in. So when I call and ask about bringing my controller in for drift, she says the people are leaving That do that, and i'm like, okay, that's fine.Do you know when they'll be back?So I can schedule a day to bring it in?
She says this to me. Our employees aren't too keen in giving their schedules out and I said, so you don't make appointments. That's like the normal thing to do. It's not like I need their personal information. I was just asking to make an appointment so it would work with my schedule meaning. I have a very busy schedule. As well I will no longer be going here for retro games, nor for their help with fixing my stuff. For the inconvenience of me just asking for a time to bring it in

Experience varies by day/visit/staff. Overall good store with nice vintage gaming selection. Trade-ins aren’t accepted on Monday (lame).

Really helpful employees and a good stock. Cheaper and more trustworthy than their competition on auction sites and other chain stores. Everything I have bought from here was in "Like New" condition.

Slightly cheaper prices for high end games than other retro stores/marketplaces. And they do have store credit for trade ins. The price tags indicate whether the game is CIB or not. There's also an large arcade right next to them.

This place is amazing. I’ve gone here for a little over a year. They seriously go above and beyond everyyy time. The pricing is good that I question if they’re even making money (yes, beats eBay).
Today I purchased an original gameboy and and a GameCube game. The gameboy wasn’t even ready to be sold but they gave it a thorough cleaning + testing. I was treated like a honored guest the whole time it was crazy. Going back and forth chatting about games and such. But at the end I was surprised with an amazing gift they threw in after talking with me. You know I had to play it cool and keep my composure. Buuut really I wanted to jump around and be a fool. But seriously, I know this is just a little review but I hope this shows a fraction of my gratitude for everything . I’ve been a retro enthusiast for as long as I remember and regen keeps this hobby alive and pure.
