The customer service I receive every time I come here is spectacular. I live in Aberdeen, but the Abingdon location has terrible reviews. The extra 15-minute drive is worth it.

I’ve used for finger prints and I-9 form verification and would 100% recommend. Great vibe, the friendliest folks work there and I felt like the woman who helped with my fingerprints and I-9 really knew what she was doing. Super efficient. Definitely recommend and would use them again for shipping or other needs as well!

I can’t say enough great things about Postman Plus. Before finding them I used to spend so much time waiting in line at the post office, UPS store, and the FedEx store every day. As a small business owner I can always count on their reliability and great customer service to get my shipments out. Everyone that works there is genuine and friendly and you can tell they care about the business unlike other drop off locations I’ve been to. Postman plus is easily one of the best businesses in the area. Keep up the great work

They are always closing earlier then their suppose to be. Iv even tried calling them around 6:40 pm and they won’t answer. If you say you close at 7pm then that means your doors get shut and locked at 7pm, not 6:55pm not 6:58, JUST 7! This is the 3rd time iv been there trying to drop off very important packages and couldn’t because their door was locked and they were done gone before 7pm. Makes it have a bad taste in my mouth on how their work ethic and customer service is. I also never ever right reviews but this one I had to because it’s just ridiculous and it has made me behind in my shipment orders 3 different times. So if I could make this ZERO STARS, I would !!!

One stop shop for postage. It’s nice to have this gem in the neighborhood. I’ve been going here for an over a decade so far it’s been great. I’ve done-General packages for UPS USPS AND FEDEX-finger printing-Even had keys made here onceI once lost a package and staff went out their way to help me.Also whenever they ask if you want a receipt please say yes.
