This store might be pet friendly but not human friendly we spend about 30 min w my kids on the store 3 associates walked next to us without even looking at us my daughter say hi to one of them and she didn’t say hi and we left after that

We have had our Goldendoodle’s grooming done twice now by Jennifer at Petco in Nottingham. She does a great job! She spends time explaining the different options and also gives her expert opinion when asked. Our boy doesn’t hesitate to go with her and we rest assured knowing he is in great hands.
We highly recommend her!

Didn't have anything I was looking for at this location. Ended up at the Petsmart on Pulaski Hwy and found everything. Oh well.

Went to get fish. No one was available. Had to to go to register twice to request help. Some finally came about 10 minutes later. Not many customers in store. Not sure what the problem was.

They do a great job on my girl. I have a pomsky. They always clean her up nicely trim her up and do a sanitary trim on her. She always looks so nice when we come to pick her up !!

The cashier appears to only greet the white customers. The only acknowledgement I received was telling me how much I owe... The vaccine clinic was okay. I will probably not return to this location again. Bad experience. 95258 transaction number on March 17th

No help. Staff wont assist customers if it requires effort. I was told "we have the cat food in stock" over the phone so i drove to get it, i came to the location and it wasnt on shelves. They said they had them in stock just not out front but they couldn't put them out until the following morning and suggested i come back then....nope not buying anything from petco again

Price of the Orijen dog food has become way too expensive. Employee at checkout was inept to utilize my Petco app for my free food that wasn’t really free since it’s capped.
