Great experience here! From the customer service to the repair work, all around a great experience! I had both internal and body work done here and both met my particular expectations. While one part took a little long to come in, the shop was great about keeping me updated. Thanks!

The process was so quick and easy they got me in right away and my car was finished a week before expected, which was not expected at all but was definitely a plus. I was kept informed the whole time through text. Staff was very friendly helped me move car seats out of rental and into my vehicle and dropped the rental off for me. Making everything super easy.

I give this auto body shop a 5 star because I was kept updated about my car from the time it reached the shop until the time it was ready for pickup. The personnel was very pleasant and the atmosphere was refreshing walking into a body shop. My car was completely done within 7 days. I would recommend this shop to anyone of my family and friends!Services: Painting

I see that others have had a great experience with this company. Maybe I am just dealing with an employee that most do not have to deal with. I stopped and had someone look at my car damage for an estimate for my insurance company. This place was actually referred to me by them as their recommended repair shop.I was told that I would receive an estimate the next day. That day came and passed. Called a couple of days later only to have no one answer the phone. So I called back the next week and was told that I would have it the next day. Still waiting three days later. Am I supposed to assume that this shop will be more reliable with my car repair? I won't chance it.

THANKFUL!!!! After making a mistake at the gas station and slamming my open car door into a cement block I slunk over to PHAB to have them take a look at the damage. I told them I didn't care how it looked, I just needed my door to shut. Joel spent 5 minutes outside, handed me my keys, and said "Okay you're good." I asked what I owed and he said, "Don't worry about it." ???They have just earned ALL our future body shop needs. Which hopefully are zero but with my track record, we'll be back.Service: Body & Trim
