Katherine Handshoe was amazing. The issue with my back was so intensely painful when we began and although I am not 100 percent, I am moving better and the pain is significantly less. I give her 10 stars.

Kate is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me to decrease my pain and improve my strength and daily functional ability. She uses my time with her efficiently, chooses the most effective treatment techniques, and doesn’t waste time on useless treatments. I have received PT at several other places, and she is by far the best PT I’ve had.

I have made such significant progress in just three visits with Katherine Handshoe, PT and NovaCare Rehabilitation - Perry Hall! I am feeling much stronger already. Plus Katherine and the staff all have been extremely kind and personable. Thank you for making a tough situation pleasant!

My husband was seen on March 3, 2022. This was his first visit. He was having dizzy /vertigo spells and was referred by our ENT Dr. His Therapist was Katie Handshoe. I sat in the waiting area and he went in the back and was seen. After about 45 minutes M's Handshoe came out and talked with me and explained what she was doing and the instructions she gave him to take home. She said that this one session might be all he needed and was so kind and caring telling me what she did to help him and that she would see him in a week to see how he was doing. She was so informative and took the time to explain everything to us. We would recommend NovaCare to everyone that needs Therapy and again Katie Handshoe was wonderful. My husband only needed the one treatment. Again Thank You Thank You. The Weavers.

I had a left breast mastectomy in January and breast reconstruction in August. I have been working with Katie Handshoe since late February. She has been great- friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Working with Katie has greatly increased my range of motion and strength in my left shoulder and arm. The facility on Belair Road is clean, sanitized, orderly, and the equipment is up to date. I would recommend Katie and NovaCare.

Katie was amazing assisting me in recovery from my knee replacement. 7 weeks post op and my range of motion is almost back to pre-op levels. She was the perfect combination of task master and coach. She pushed when I needed pushing and talked me through my concerns when my progress was not where I thought it should be. Highly recommend!
