I shared the situation w the rep concerning my and son,s phone and he fixed it.He is very knowledgeable about everything I asked him and give feedback,he understood everything and did was required and above.He is very professional,straight shooter,answer every question.Deserve a raise.

Went with a friend who was lured in by the bring your number deal. Too many undisclosed and b.s charges. A guy had been waiting for hours for a refund. He had to arrange for someone else to snag his child from school. I felt bad for the employee who was dealing with all this. He seemed like quite a nice kid, but his hands were tied, because you know, the franchise owner. Mentioned to another friend what was going on, she said to "walk away, if this is how it is when someone's trying to win his business, it can only go downhill from there" Which is excellent advice, and why she's my bestie.

I cannot express to you the horrifying experience I had at the Nottingham location on 3/11/2023. I arrived at 130pm to get new phones and transfer my info on to the new phones. Well the employee Shamira, not sure how to spell her name. She treated me and my daughter very unfairly and degraded me as a customer. I was switching my daughter over from an Android to an Iphone. She had trouble with the whole sale, she had to call for assistance on ringing me up. She was the only employee there to assist me. I asked many times if I could talk to someone else. Because I was spoke down too and humiliated. All I wanted to do was to have me and my daughters information from the old phones transferred to the new phones. Well I paid after over an hour , which how long it took for her to figure out how to ring me up and all . I literally paid and she put the phones on the side and said this will take a few hours to transfer. She didn't even ask for our old phones to transfer the data. She started helping the other customers. I saw her ring someone up with a tablet and activated it lol but she couldn't seem to help me and my daughter.she laughed and raised her voice to me. So unprofessional, I tell you never have I ever had an experience like that. I saw her help so many customers while we had to wait on the side and say hey can you please help us what's going on with our phones!? She was so worried about getting another sale she didn't care . Awful , I will be taking my experience and letting it be known to the right individuals. I'm very determined to do so. Shame on the company for putting a girl who knows limited information on her trade and doesn't know how to handle customers. I ended up leaving after 5pm. I spent my whole day when I had many other errands to run. Again this is at the Nottingham MetroPCS location in the shopping center where you see wings to go . The lady shamira that was working on 3/11/23 all day long. Was not helpful at all and treated me bad. Don't get a phone from that location. I am not the kind of person to post a complaint, however I feel as I have no choice.

Amazing moose was very helpful and was able to help me get the new iPhone 13 my boyfriend and I called multiple metros they either didn’t have phones that were set up or didn’t answer when we called Moose’s location he answered right away and was willing to help!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Whole store smelled strongly of Pot when I walked in , employee was sitting on the counter, he was unhelpful and you could barely understand him. Eivin G. Go to a different location if your interested in getting anything done. No apology when I commented on the smell. Please re staff this location if you want continued business.

My mom and I went to this store today to get her a new phone. She’s been a Metro customer for a while. When we went in, there was only one employee who was busy watching a telenovela. She paused it, gave us a cold greeting and I explained we wanted to change my mom’s current phone for an iPhone. She said they don’t change phones and we’d have to buy a new one (obviously) and that they don’t have iPhones at the moment. She sounded like she just wanted us to leave. I said ok and she put her telenovela right back on. We were ready to buy a new phone but she never bothered to check my mom’s account or anything, or offer other products. We came with an open mind and although we preferred an iPhone, we would have gone for an Android if my mom had liked it. I have Sprint and also wanted to ask if Metro has any family plans so I could switch. But the girl seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered at all, so we decided to just leave and take our business somewhere else.

This store is always closed! Never opens on time. Way before the pandemic! At this point just shut this store down.
