Shawn was phenomenal! I was in the area to see my family for thanksgiving but before I could get back on the road my car had a flat. Shawn was able to get me 2 tires and an alignment without breaking the bank and stayed professional the whole time while I was an emotional wreck. Shawn your customer service is a rarity these days! Please keep that positive attitude and have a blessed holiday!!

All I want is my oil changed with my own oil. Don't mind paying for the service. Just want to use my oil. Wanted to get several things done in addition but didn't because they will not let me provide my own oil and filter. Don't understand the big deal. I get it done at other places/brands.

Last night I went to bed a damsel in distress and woke up this morning with a huge stressor lifted off of me!I originally scheduled services at another NTB location, however due to staffing issues, I was informed early morning a technician would not be available to complete the job. I frantically contacted this NTB location at 8am and explained my auto circumstances to Satarian. Satarian immediately made me feel at ease and informed me he would be able to analyze my issue and schedule same day services. I arrived flustered and annoyed just after store opening with my 8-month-old anticipating the worst. Satarian warmly greeted me upon entry, noticed my worrisome demeanor and quickly addressed my needs with care and concern. He provided me with clear next steps on how to resolve my vehicles issue and informed he would be in contact throughout the day regarding updates since I needed to drop off to go to work.I am extremely grateful for his thorough professionalism and efficient customer service. Unexpected issues with one’s vehicle can be extremely frustrating, but you were beyond reassuring and helpful. Thank you for turning my day around!I would also like to spotlight Tim the technician who serviced my vehicle. Thank you for performing a stellar job in a timely manner. I pass by several other auto shops to get to this NTB location and moving forward this location will be the only place I consider. Thank you Satarian and Tim

Came in for new tires. They put it on the alignment rack and found out I needed a new strut. No problem. Let’s get it done. Ok. So they were to order that night and were to have it next morning. We will have them at 8 when we open. The mechanic was to install at 10am. I show up at 945 and the parts still have not arrived. Also to include that they had no ticket or information on what I was coming in for.Parts are now scheduled to be in around 1330. I said well I can get them from advanced auto parts and can get it cheaper than what you are quoting me. No problem get them there and we will install them for you.I ordered them in the NTB store in front of their staff and said I’d be up to get them. Ok. See you when you return.First off the price for the struts they are being charged is $99.99. They were quoting me $220/strut. I needed two. I got them from advanced for $152/strut. Now comes the funny part.The original struts were order from Advanced. The same store that I was going to get them from. Advanced delivered them to NTB. So I called NTB and asked if it was ok for Advanced to credit it back to their account so I could purchase them for cheaper at Advanced. NTB said no problem. Advanced processed the return credit to their store 4246 and was going to send me down with the paperwork to show it had been credited back. As I am a walking out from Advanced I get a call from NTB. Please have Advanced come pick up the parts since they are crediting them back to us. How silly is this since the parts are mine and I’m coming to you to have them installed. That’s fine we will play your game.The manager from Advanced follows me down to the NTB where he takes them and hands them to me still sealed in the original box. I immediately hand them back to the mechanic and say here are my struts. Please install them. Sorry. We can’t do that. You have to buy them from us. That is what I’m told even after I was told that there was no issue doing it this way at least three times before this occurrence from their stores employee. We at NTB can only install them if we are billed for them so you have to pay our price. How ridiculous is this. The same package that was delivering to them that was returned to their store and credited back and them sold to me can’t be installed because it not in their invoice. Total BS.So now I have to go back to Advanced and return them have them rebuked to NTB just to have them installed on my car even after three of their employees told me it was ok to do this. Just pay the labor rate.So I say ok I’ll play your game. I go back and do as I’m said and told that I will have to pay what I was quoted when I got the tires last night. $588.00 plus tax. This also does not include my military discount of 10% per the manager. That will be taken off at the end.I finally get back down to the store and the ring up the work order. It is now more expensive then what I was told just an hour ago. Once again I’ll play. Do the work. I’ll reach out to the store owner and manager and we will get this figured out. The staff here today is unwilling to price match the struts and is now charging me more than then what I was originally quoted. $660ish out the door with my discount. How is this possible.I am typing this while sitting in the store.Horrible customer service. Be aware before you choose them. Severe price markup on parts. I await the and welcome the conversation from the store owner and manager.

Replaced a singular tire here. Had them swap out my spare with a new. They charged us for a recycling fee even though we didn’t have them get rid of any tires? They also charged TPMS rubber replacement valve even though we didn’t ask for it. Charged us to do a computer balance package to test TPMS system and batteries even though there was nothing wrong with it and we didn’t ask for it.

Be CarefulThe original NTB IS SOLD TO NEW PEOPLE.I was there for a oil change they showed me some other things needs attention .I turn down their work so while doing oil change they kept my filters open purposely that half of oil leaked in just 3 days i had engine light n oil change indicator on.I knew something is wrong got to know when visited another location .( they showed me how purposefully NEW WORKERS AT FORMERLY NTB kept filters open to continuously leak oil and mess engine .FIND NEW LOCATION FOR ANY WORK THIS IS NOW NOT A PLACE TO TRUST.

I had a amazing experience here.I came and got a oil change done and everyone was friendly and made sure my oil change was done at a reasonable speed.This is now my new favorite location.

Dont do business here, they are a rip off. They overcharge for their services and every tire we have gotten in the past has worn so fast. Also every time you call this place they put you on hold. You can never speak to anyone.

This place starts increasing their prices. 28 dollars more for an oil change and nearly 300 dollars more for brake repairs compared to six months ago. I understand prices went up but that is a little too much. Don’t try to make an appointment by phone because after you have done that and when you show up for your appointment, they always say that you’re not in the system. I’ll take my business somewhere else from now on been coming here for the last few times but not anymore.

Awesome location! Mr Tire across from them wanted me to wait 45 minutes to put on my spare. NTB knocked me out in 10 minutes. Great job! Highly recommend

Mr.tire in fallston sucks they wouldn’t do my alignment, Raymond at NTB hooked me up and took me right in. Future customer for life.
