“The wait without an appointment was a little long ( the system said 5hr wait) but we prob waited about 1 around 9am. I was bringing my 2 yr old daughter in so I was nervous. Jasmine was amazing, there was a problem with our form so she called the doctor for us & had them fax the info. when it came to the blood draw she talked to my daughter the entire time and my daughter didn’t even flinch. Jasmine gave her some Elsa stickers and she was so happy. Wonderful service overall & would return just for Jasmine!”

“I was in and out after seeing a doctor and with my prescriptions in hand in less than an hour. I come to this location whenever I need any kind of urgent care and I am never disappointed. I love that they can fill my prescriptions most of the time there so I don’t have to make an extra stop.”

“Very clean very nice staff She was very nice with a pleasant attitude I was in and out with no issues if I had to give a critique I would say please get a sign to let people know you're inside the market because other than that I would have no way to know that If I didn't just happen to randomly walk inside the market and go looking around But other than that no complaints literally took me no more than 2 minutes in that place from signing up giving my sample and walking out”

“The ladies who work here are super nice. Patrice is the bomb! I was running late and the front desk CSR was very polite about my mess up. Patrice was my phlebotomist and she couldn’t have been a more gentle person. Made me less nervous and I seriously didn’t feel when she put in the needle. Thanks ladies!”

“I'm sharing my truly honest opinion of this Labcorp location - it's my favorite and has the best staff! Yes, it's open bright & early willing to serve others. Yes, it has a clean waiting area as well as the lab rooms. If you're looking for immediate service to get your labs drawn, this is not the place to go and I say that with all positivity. People need to be patient with staff when going to labs that have very minimal staff performing multiple tasks and trying to service each person for their individual needs.
I commend this Labcorp location for your professionalism, customer service, wonderful expertise, and just having the sheer strength to endure those who are impatient. For the impatient people, you have 3 choices: leave, wait, or try to draw your own labs yourself; otherwise, give grace to places that do more with severely less staff - this is how it is everywhere so get used to it.
Kudos to this Labcorp location and the staff. I call you my secret hideaway spot for all my lab needs, see you next time. Thank you!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Shanee. She is the patient service site coordinator and when she is not there are hell breaks loose. I’ve been going to the Merritt location for the last 3 years since i got a chronic illness and she keeps the place running smooth. When she’s not there all hell breaks loose. I have a lot of files with different names and she always finds my requisition with ease. I do see a lot of negative reviews for this location but coming from someone who has been getting blood drawn for the last few years and going to multiple locations this one is the best for me so far.”
“Natalie was awesome. She was super quick getting me back there, talked me through the whole thing all while being very friendly and kind. I have an issue with needles, as in I need to lay down or pass out, and she kept me talking about stuff to keep me from getting to that point. You can tell she’s been doing it a while and honestly, she’s given me the best experience. I was nervous going to this location as the rating is low but I will 100% go back for more lab needs if I get her! Thank you!!!”

“Had to get my blood drawn for some medical test and the ladies here are so nice, friendly and personable. I did not know I had to fast for some of my tests so I came back two days later and was greeted in the same manner I was greeting when I came earlier in the week. I had the privilege of having my blood drawn by Ms.Debbie and she was very friendly, personable and she got it right the first time. There was no pain or discomfort and our conversation flowed naturally. If you have a choice on where your blood is drawn be sure to pick CML, you will not regret it!”

My husband went to LabCorp in the same building, since this is where his doctor wanted him to go. When he got there, there were about 10 people waiting so he didn’t stay. Too bad he couldn’t have used Quest!”
