I do not like this place very bad customers service and over charge priced even I call the manager too many time for the price he didn’t answer the phone ,never called me back , they send me the wrong size mattress and base I told them but they didn’t care about that so, I pay extra money ?very bad experience from mattress warehouse service so disappointed

I visited this store wanting a bed but I wasn't sure what I needed. Tim came to the rescue. After we did the bed assessment test, he patiently went through each choice. Tom was very knowledgeable about each product I tried. He is professional and friendly. I left out very pleased with my purchases. Thanks Tom.

I had the best buying experience with my salesman, Steve! He is professional, helpful, goes the extra mile, and has a great sense of humor. Steve listened to my needs and met my budget. He called me on delivery day to follow-up because he saw that I had called the store the day before. My delivery was on time and went smoothly. The guys were great! Highly recommend!!

I took my parents to purchase a new mattress Memorial Day weekend at the store on 7907 Bel Air Rd in Perry Hall. I called ahead and spoke to Linda. When we got to the store she greeted us. I cannot say enough about her patience and helpfulness with my parents. Steve was also very helpful in finding just the right mattress for them. He also thanked my Dad for his service in the Navy. I cannot say enough about them both. Professional, kind, helpful, and caring. Thank you both!

Mattress Warehouse went above and beyond for us looking for a new mattress that would work within our budget. Noah made sure the bed was comfortable and supportive for us and the free delivery was a lifesaver!! We will recommend to everyone!
