“Great customer service. Store is well air-conditioned and clean. Friendly staff too. It has all the up to date technology.
Store can get overcrowded. It needs more staffing to meet all the customer needs. When you come to do get prepared to sit for a while, otherwise service is decent.

“Went in today to see if I was eligible for T-Mobile phone service. Christian greeted me right away and was able to assist me in getting a new line/phone. He was very knowledgeable with current deals and worked very fast and was efficient. I had left another location on Frankford minutes prior due to not being greeted and waiting twenty minutes when I could've been serviced. I'm glad I chose to leave that one and come to this store I highly recommend this location.”
