Every thing’s good but they open at 10:00am by 10:30am they run out of bacon and egg the kitchen staff should be more aware of that.

Parking: Parked in the shade under the IKEA solar panels. Way to go IKEA.

Our kids ( 7 and 12 as of Dec 2023) love the chicken tender and fries. I love the coffee and the veggie meatballs and garlic ?.

Delicious food, super kind staff, and clean tables! The vegetarian meatballs were delicious! Gennadiy, the staff member serving us at the hot food section, took a great deal of time to explain the different options of foods they had, which was greatly appreciated! The person who checked us out at the checkout counter (on 08/14 ) was also super kind. I can't wait to try more of the offerings from this calm, quiet, friendly food location!

I wanted to shine a light on Karen in returns at your Baltimore area store. I had a horrible experience with the company that handles your deliveries. Took over a month to receive my kitchen cabinets. The delivery company couldn't find my address and had me meet them at a park and said that they were running late and didn't have time to follow me back to my house and gave it to me at the park. I was missing an item. I had gotten a case number and went in to returns. Karen handled my case and was such a breath of fresh air! She was refunded my delivery fee and got my item for me. Not just competent. She was empathetic and listened and made me feel listened too. I love my new IKEA Kitchen and will continue to shop at IKEA because of Karen and your other support staff who where all very professional and kind!

Went to the IKEA in College Park this afternoon looking for locking cabinets, but they were out of stock. Website indicated Baltimore location had them, so I drove north. When I arrived, I wasn't super impressed. This location seems considerably smaller than College Park. I found the section with the locking cases but there was only 1 physically present (of the 2 models I was looking for). I went to ask an employee for help and walked thru at least (5) different areas before I found someone. Once I did, I had a GREAT experience. Meelan in textiles is your team's rockstar for sure. She was super helpful, walked me through the "click and collect" process, and answered all my questions. If not for her, I wouldve given this store a 2 star (maybe 3 star review). She clarified that both models Were actually in stock despite one not being on display, helped me order and was very pleasant and cordial the whole time. Give her a raise.Don in " click and collect" was also VERY friendly and personable
