I came here to pick up a few items for a new recipes. I needed whipped cream cheese, cream cheese, Biscoff cookies and cookie butter, heavy cream, sugar free whip cream and sugar free jello pudding mix. I also got some strawberries. They barely had any lettuce for purchas which I wanted for a lettuce wrap. My two desserts came out well.

This is a Very poorly managed store. I use the Giant food app to shop and get audited every other time. The problem is that only a few employees know how to continue the check out and I have to wait until the knowledgeable employee comes to the check out line. Really frustrating. No response from the email I sent to Giant food. There are four grocery stores that are closer to my house, so I shop at those now.

This store is infamous for the rude and condescending employees that man the pharmacy counter. They treat everyone like a dolt, that is when they finally wait on you. They definitely make you feel like your name is "the invisible customer".

This giant isn't the cleanest. The staff isn't too friendly either. Very pricey, as are all Giant grocery stores. Bathrooms were messy and needed a cleaning

My entire experience is great until I get to the cashiers. Twice this has happened in 2 weeks. Cashiers don't say hello or make eye contact, haven't asked for my saving card, dont verbally tell me my total, and no thank you for me bagging. It's as if I'm bothering them. Use self checkout and complete your nice experience.

I really enjoy this Giant. It's spacious and most mind their distance when out and about. We got in the mornings a little after 8 to avoid crowds. Staff is always friendly and there was an incident where we were trying to pick up our order at the wrong one, but they were very nice and helped us get to this Giant to pick up. I like their gluten free options as they have basically the same variety as Wegman's without the bit more travel time. The prices have always looked good to us when we go in. The place is always clean when we go in. I have seen some fruit flies, usually in the onion section, but with automatic doors and produce, those things can't always be avoided. The deli counter has a bunch of options that I'd never heard of before and thats neat. Two things I wish they had: Beef Bacon and I haven't seen Chuck Roast there any time we've been there. Other than that, this is our regular grocery visit for weekly grocery shopping. It can be a bit hard to get to if you're not familiar with the area and we weren't at first, but now we've got the hang of it. Oh! I also really like that I can use the scanners and scan as I go. Then we just go to self checkout and we've already got everything bagged in our reusable bags, so no need to wait in a line to be checked out by someone when in a hurry.

The woman at the service desk, I believe her name is Debra, was very rude to me when I pointed out I wasn't charged the sale price and asked for the difference.

Just left the store and must give full credit where it's due. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Jason greeted me as soon as I came in to shuck corn then gave me some bagged ice to keep my meats chilled. Also greeted kindly by several other staff during shopping. I must say this is rare because the other store in the area is quite the opposite. Thx for making me feel like a valued customer!?

This store really delivers on customer service. I am a frequent shopper and I enjoy every visit to this store. Rog in the fresh seafood department always takes time out to have a conversation with me. He is kind enough to offer recipe suggestions. I am so impressed with his degree of commitment and kindness. This is my kind of store to shop in and stay loyal to. Giant food you have a happy customer for life.

Love love love this Giant! I am a grocery shopping lover and love to find a store where I can find unique dietary needs. I am a vegan and they have LOTS of great things for me to try and they fit into what my daily needs are for food. It's a very clean store and well-organized. I feel the prices are fair and compared to other locations, this one feels more upscale and stocked.

My favorite local grocery store. They are always fully stocked compared to other Giant grocery stores. The people that work there are always so friendly and helpful. It's close, convenient and clean!

Fresh vegetables and fruits... They have organic ones too.. Its slightly expensive than the other food markets in the area, but still great place to shop around
