i was told by a game stop employee at this location a day before the blooming waters release that it would be 1 per person. that there would be 18 in stock. came at 9 am and there was 10 people in line. hopes were high but day of release you guys (the girl with the mask) changed the limit to 2 per person. i just think if you had given out the correct information you could've saved me and the rest of the people behind me a lot of time. we could've gone to a different location and waited 3 hours before opening

Store hours are wrong. Employees claiming they updated Google but Google hasn’t made that adjustment yet on their behalf. I feel like yall should keep opening at 11 until it’s officially updated on Google. Just to not cause any more inconveniences.

they never answer the phone one time i sat infront of the store while no customers was in it and the phone still just rung i shouldn’t have to go to the the store just to have a question answered

Great games at even better prices. I know it sounds cliche, but go and see for yourself. I'm glad I made it before our first heavy snow. I picked up three X box 1 games easily worth sixty dollars all for under twenty; and that included 3 lifetime replacements without the one-time membership offer.

Store was clean and there's lots of cool stuff.Problem is it's black Friday and they put a promotion for Buy 2 get 1 free right in front of the pokemon card section. Turns out the pokemon cards ARE NOT a part of this deal, despite signage postage RIGHT ON THE POKEMON SECTION. "it says so on the bottom of the paper" yeah in tiny text that's hard to read and why post the ad THERE? Makes me wonder what else they poorly post around the store.

Purchased an online pick-up in store order. Needed to cancel it. That’s when it went left. Couldn’t get it canceled. Bounced between customer service and store representatives. Finally got a resolution. Let’s see if it’s real.
