Bill at this branch was very helpful when I came in to inquire about opening an account. Very personable, knowledgeable, and was a great asset. I will say, if you call their branch, you will be on hold for quite a while, which can be an inconvenience. But my experience was good, no complaints.

Wen on my lunch break to get a temp card. After it taking my whole linch break, i get back to work to find out the card doesnt work. Then they told me to come back tomorrow to get another. Time wasted

Some of the staff is friendly but they just let the phones ring here. I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes without talking to anyone until I gave up. I understand if they were understaffed but they aren’t.
