I’m familiar with the area, so I know to enter on Campbell but no marking for drivers that don’t know. No sign on doors for check-in or procedures, so you go inside to be rudely told to wait in the truck and someone will come get you. It’s a huge spot, plenty of room, slow at unloading.

I think my appointment was for 11:30am but they put me in a door as soon as I got there close 1pm and when their guys got back from lunch they didn't take no time to unload me another driver at same time. Make sure you enter off Cambell directly across from Chick-fil-A

It is difficult to understand where the entrance to the parking lot is. If you drive here, stop by from Campbell Boulevard. I was unloaded in 4 hours from the moment I arrived.There is a lot of room for maneuver, I think it is possible to spend the night there.

My five star experience is all about how fast they get you unloaded. if you are there before your appointment and they have a slot open, they will get you in and out super quick. Just stay by your dock door behind or within yellow lines while forklift driver off loads you. If you get there early, there's parking on site. Receiving starts at 7AM. Parking lot is clean and drivers let's keep it that way. Plenty of room to comfortably back your truck into the docks. Receiving door is by dock door # 8. Hope this helps.Thank you guys for good work and taking care of delivery drivers.

Lots of room once you get in their lot. The only sign you will see is between dock one and two for Chesapeake pickup. Don't go in there, go on down past dock 8 to the man door. I would give them five stars for being quick and efficient except for their lack of signs, that cost them a star. When you go in on dock if you go past the yellow railing as you enter you will get yelled at, if you can't tell what they are yelling, it is for the you to stay there and they will get to you. No sign for you to wait here for help at that spot either. That cost another star. It was a five star experience except for having to find my way without proper signs. Had a 1030 appointment, got there at 0900 and was unloaded at 0930.The entrance is off Campbell.
