I’m familiar with the area, so I know to enter on Campbell but no marking for drivers that don’t know. No sign on doors for check-in or procedures, so you go inside to be rudely told to wait in the truck and someone will come get you. It’s a huge spot, plenty of room, slow at unloading.

I think my appointment was for 11:30am but they put me in a door as soon as I got there close 1pm and when their guys got back from lunch they didn't take no time to unload me another driver at same time. Make sure you enter off Cambell directly across from Chick-fil-A

It is difficult to understand where the entrance to the parking lot is. If you drive here, stop by from Campbell Boulevard. I was unloaded in 4 hours from the moment I arrived.There is a lot of room for maneuver, I think it is possible to spend the night there.
