I am a new member to Chase Bank. So far going in to the branch have been amazing; however, online services is horrible. I have been trying to order checks and labels for weeks now. I even spoke with a supervisor and her systems was down as well. I inquired about curtesy for my time and was told she need to have another supervisor approve my request. System is still currently down and I have no checks or labels

Absolutely terrible. 1 teller while at least 3 other employees sit around. I’m closing my business account after my experience today after they wouldn’t deposit a check that had a variation of my business name.

Opening chase bussiness account was the worst mistake ever. This banking institution does not help small bussiness they drown them in fees and unreasonable check holds. This is very worst experience with a bank ever. Please consider opening an account with a different banking institution and save your self some headache.

Super friendly branch. Younger staff is extremely efficient and very personable. Subtracted stars for 3 main reasons - 1. utterly impossible to get branch staff on the telephone, in fact the automated system hangs up on you and tells you to call back; 2. no outside drive up ATM; 3. J.P. Morgan Chase in general has lousy interest rates on high dollar savings.

Beautiful bank from outside, very unprofessional people inside, I went there to open a business account, this African American guy, I think he's a manager, he's very nasty, unprofessional person in the whole world, I'm feeling so so sorry when I see this kind of people, how they can survive with all this hate in the heart? never ever will go there again, they need to close the bank.

I do not know how the hell this Bank does not have five stars!!! This is literally the best bank I have ever been to, the customer service was beyond words and it looks like honestly the most professional financial establishment I could ever think of. This is the best place to do your finances!

Stay away !!! We always had a mortgage with them, 17 years and that went well, so we tried an auto loan, and credit card. Unfortunately once they have you on board apparently things change. They just charged us $125 fee for a zero balance credit card statement. Needless to say we did not understand the fees and why, i guess the 18% interest they made off the account was not enough so now they have added monthly fees. Stay away from any credit card accounts with this bank, try a local credit union or someone honest.

This is by far the most unorthodox and un organized bank I have ever been to in the whole entire world they dont know anything and customer service is even worse Dario is a branch manager and he knows nothing at all it's sad and I feel sorry for all of the consumers who have to deal with this chase bank on bel air rd Denise is on vacation and I'm not sure if that even matters at this point because they are a product of her environment she is establish the regional manager I'm running away from this bank so quick and never looking back I hope in the future more training is established. Worst bank ever a joke they getting paid for doing nothing

Great experience, went to cash in bonds, was greeted at door and gentleman in lobby asked if i wanted a bottle of water or anything because cashing in bonds (especially when i had 30+) takes a while. Staff was very professional and personable. All in all a positive experience.

Ms .Ngoc and Ms.Da'shawna was very very helpful to my grandmother and myself from the door they were very patient and understanding they helped us with everything we needed and they were both so polite and respectful to us both !!!! THANK YOU LADIES SO SO MUCH ?

Late posting: This is a new location and the staff really make you feel at home from the first step into the door. My home banker who is out of state made a few calls to put me in contact with a financial advisor closer to where I live after my expressed interest in transferring the management of my portfolio to someone closer to my home. He found this location and had a discussion with Liliana Mayes who he then put in contact with me to set up a meeting to discuss whether there would be a fit between us and go on from there. After a few meetings and discussions I decided to proceed with the out of state transfer. Ms. Mayes is the most professional, knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever done business with. Her professionalism is spot on. Now I've been a client of this location for a couple years and can also give complements to the Private Client banker at this location who is always knowledgeable and helpful with my banking needs. This location is top notch. When you arrive you are greeted by a Chase representative who offers you water or tea then welcomes you to sit in their comfortable, modern waiting area until your appointment begins with the respective Chase advisor or banker. My favorite Chase branch on the east coast!
