  Sitting around doing absolutely nothing and told me I gotta come back because opening a new account takes a long time I guess they don’t wanna be disturbed from doing nothing

  This branch is a joke on phone don’t know anything about customers service & I called twice bank and second time speaks to manager she was helpful & understand my concerns .

  Absolutely terrible. 1 teller while at least 3 other employees sit around. I’m closing my business account after my experience today after they wouldn’t deposit a check that had a variation of my business name.
